Lithuanian Association of Bioenergetics and Energy Saving (LBIETA) is independent alliance of companies and organizations, allied on a voluntary basis. This Association unites more than 40 legal entities and private companies that develop their activities in the field of renewable energy, bio fuel production and delivery of modern technologies for heating. The priorities of Association activity are:
- promotion of use of renewable energy (biomass, wind, solar and biogas) to produce heat, heat and electrical energy;
- saving of energy resources by applying modern technologies;
- minimization of environment pollution;
- development of projects in the field of renewable energy.
